CAROLYN YODER
Carolyn Yoder believes the most important thing she can do is create environments where women encounter Jesus for themselves—because when women hear His truth, everything changes. Raised in a full-time prison ministry by her evangelistic parents, Carolyn learned early that the gospel has the power to transform every life. Today, she serves as a teacher, worship leader, and founder of 111 Collective, a ministry that grew from The 360 Challenge—the discipleship journey that has equipped more than 1,000 women to know God more deeply and live from the truth of who He says they are. If you spend any time with Carolyn, you'll quickly discover she loves gathering people around a table almost as much as she loves gathering them around God's Word. She believes hospitality is one of God's most beautiful ways of helping people feel seen, welcomed, and loved—a heartbeat reflected in the Taste & See Dinner Experience at With Gathering. Carolyn lives in Arthur, Illinois, with her husband, Chad, and their family.
JULIE YODER
Julie Yoder serves as Co-Senior Pastor alongside her husband, Mike, at The Vineyard Church of Central Illinois. Together, they also serve as Regional Leaders for the Midwest Central Region of Vineyard USA. Julie has a deep heart for discipleship, communicating, and creating environments where people can encounter the presence of God and step into the fullness of who He has created them to be. She is passionate about helping people experience healing, freedom, and deeper intimacy with Jesus. In recent years, Julie and Mike have had the privilege of stewarding a significant move of God within their church family, where many have encountered the Holy Spirit in transformative ways and experienced renewed hunger for God’s presence. Together, they are committed to building and cultivating the Kingdom culture of family in their church. They love partnering in ministry and in parenting their four children: Ty, Tate, Maggie, and Molly. In addition to loving their family and church, Julie loves walking, eating chocolate daily, trips to the beach, and getting lost in a good book.
MELANIE NOLT
Melanie Nolt has been married for 30 years and is the proud mother of five children and grandmother of five grandchildren. She is a worship leader, songwriter, speaker, certified life coach, counselor, author of Taking Off the Costumes, and founder of EmpoweredCo. Through EmpoweredCo, Melanie leads a faith-based community focused on helping people grow stronger spiritually, emotionally, and physically through fitness, coaching, encouragement, and discipleship. She is passionate about helping others discover their God-given identity, experience lasting transformation, and walk confidently in their purpose. Whether leading worship, speaking, writing, or mentoring others, Melanie’s heart is to see people encounter God’s love, find freedom and healing, and live fully empowered. Drawing from both professional experience and her own journey of faith, she inspires others to remove the masks they wear, embrace authenticity, and become all God created them to be.
MELISSA CHALHOUB
Melissa Chalhoub is a passionate servant of Jesus Christ with a heart to see lives transformed through the power of the Holy Spirit. Born in Canada and raised in Egypt, Melissa is of Lebanese-Syrian and Armenian descent. Her multicultural background gives her a deep love for the nations. She considers it both a privilege and a sacred responsibility to carry the Gospel to the ends of the earth and to see people encounter Jesus in a life-changing way.
Through years of training in ministry schools with a special emphasis on the prophetic, Melissa has devoted her calling to helping others encounter the Father’s heart through the Holy Spirit. She is passionate about equipping believers to hear God’s voice, grow in their spiritual gifts, and minister in a way that reflects the love and character of Christ.

Rebecca Faith McGuicken
Born in rural Lancaster County, Pennsylvania with a zest for life and a passion to bring LIFE, Rebecca lives to see people inspired, purposed and laughing! Showing up in life as a prophetic psalmist, Rebecca is a seasoned minister and has ushered in the presence of God in both big and small spaces throughout the world. Her passion as a Dramatic Communicator and Purpose Coach is to fill the earth with redemption’s song- to see people come alive and live with purpose!
Both singing and speaking over people, she releases redemption’s song until the hard places become soft again. Then, when the soft place can hope and dream again, she empowers them through prophetic coaching to get clear on who they’re created to be and how to be that in the Earth. This passion to see people walking in purpose and the fullness of life has led her audiences around the world and has typically resulted in her singing or saying to them, “You’re gonna make it!”
Although Rebecca has lived in South Africa, Belgium and throughout the USA. She currently resides in Sarasota, FL with her husband and the youngest of their 8 children.

Carolyn, Amy, and Emily were raised in full-time ministry, spending their youth sharing the gospel in prisons and churches nationwide. Known for years as "the sisters," they now go by Sisters + Co., reflecting their heart to partner with voices across generations and denominations for a family-style worship experience.
Their first collaboration includes Carolyn’s daughter Ava, a passionate worship leader and creative.

Ginger Etcheson is a native Texan, now happily rooted in the heart of Illinois with her husband, Steve. She loves her hubs, her family, her grandchildren, friends, dogs, adventure, and every opportunity that invites people to come alive.
More than anything, Ginger loves Jesus and is passionate about knowing Him more deeply—not through religious performance, but through an authentic, life-giving relationship. Nothing brings her greater joy than watching people awaken to the goodness of God and discover the abundant life that is Jesus.
Through storytelling, retreats, and her book Wired for More, Ginger creates spaces where people can encounter God in fresh, honest, and transformative ways. Amy Kauffman
Amy Kauffman is a junior high and high school English teacher who loves helping students discover the power of words while keeping them on their toes. She has been married to her husband, Eric, since 2010, and together they are raising three energetic boys who make life loud, messy, and full of laughter.
When she’s not grading papers or reminding students about commas, you’ll find her leading worship at church—a role that combines her love for music and her heart for pointing others to Christ. Whether she’s in the classroom, on the platform, or at home, Amy strives to encourage others, share God’s love, and find joy in the beautiful chaos of everyday life.
