You will always find Carolyn blazing a new trail of adventure with God. Her everyday mission is to connect you to God’s presence, your potential and His purposes for your life. If you know her, you’ve experienced the atmosphere of faith she carries. 

Raised in a full-time prison ministry led by her evangelistic parents, Carolyn was instilled with a deep desire to see men’s and women’s lives transformed by the “good news” of the gospel. Over the last 20 years, Carolyn has carried on this message by serving for many years as a Pastor/Worship Leader for the Vineyard Church of Central IL and now leading the 360 Challenge. Her desire in this venture is to collaborate with others to build and grow a thriving discipleship community. 

In 2006, Carolyn was certified as an Image Coach by the Image Resource Center of NY giving her a revelation that molds the messages of image/design together in a way you won’t experience anywhere else. 

Carolyn and her husband, Chad, live in Arthur, IL and have 3 children - Blake, Ava and Grey + the cutest-ever mini Bernedoodle, Kylo. Chad is a busy entrepreneur, running multiple businesses, while quickly partnering in opportunities to equip people in ministry, which is also a huge part of his passion! As a family, they value meaningful conversations, lingering over a savory meal and exploring new places together. 

WORD GIRL

We love to hear Ginger tell her story about the early stages of her life. As the daughter of a Pastor, she grew up in church and tried so hard to be a good PK (preacher’s kid). But Ginger was FULL of spice and longing for adventure so as time went by, religion and her own shame held her back from truly experiencing the Father’s love. At age 33, in a moment of sheer desperation, Ginger fell to her knees in her bedroom and wrestled with God until the chains of addiction literally broke off, setting her free and radically changing her life forever.  

She’s never looked back! God opened up a door for Ginger to direct Discipleship Training Schools on the Mercy Ship in Africa. It was there, at a picnic, that she met her husband Steve. In 2000, they married and became the 203rd couple who had met on a Mercy Ship. Ask Ginger about their love story, it rivals anything you’ve seen on the Hallmark Channel! 

The Etchesons reside in Mahomet, IL with their Goldendoodle, Ollie. They delight in their 4 grandkids and enjoy travel, adventure, good food and the company of others. You’ll often find Ginger on her scooter or paddling her kayak near their second home on Lake Sara in Effingham, where she and Steve are increasingly spending more and more time. It is there that Ginger has found an inspiring  place to write, entertain and provide a safe place to have dangerous conversations with women just like you! If we’re being real, a heart-to-heart with Ginger is a highlight from any gal who has attended a 360 Challenge Gathering. She is a gift to our community.

Cathy is always quick to join the fun! She was part of our first challenge in 2020 and since then, has led multiple 360 groups in her community. In 2023, she joined the team, partnering with Carolyn to mentor our 360 leaders

New to our team in 2024, we’re so excited for you to get to know Tammy. Over the last few years, she’s been a part of four 360 Challenges and also a vibrant voice in both our intercessory and prophetic ministry teams.

We’ve experienced the positive ripple effect of Tammy’s leadership and believe she will be an incredible resource and strategic voice for our 360 leaders.

Nichole brings her creative eye to almost everything we produce, and we couldn’t be more grateful! She’s wildly gifted, discerning, and innovative. Plus, she is now a first-time mom to her sweet son, Beckham. Her love for seeing beauty in people and design truly shines through!

PROPHETIC TEAM SPECIALIST

Juanita (also known as Nita) has worked with Carolyn for many years, assisting in itinerant travel and coordinating all of the prophetic encouragement for events. She has a heart for the world that is contagious and it overflows into this 360 role.
