    Carolyn is a visionary, a fire-starter, and a faithful friend who lives to connect people to God’s presence, unlock their potential, and call them into divine purpose. Raised in a bold, evangelistic prison ministry, she carries a deep, contagious passion to see lives radically transformed by the gospel.

    With over two decades of leadership in pastoral and worship ministry, Carolyn now leads The 360 Challenge, a powerful discipleship movement helping people step into who they are, how they’re seen, and the impact they’re called to make.

    In 2006, Carolyn was certified as an Image Coach by the Image Resource Center of New York, a transformative experience that sparked a fresh revelation—how identity and image beautifully intersect. Today, she weaves spiritual truth with practical insight, helping others reflect God’s design both inside and out.

    She and her husband Chad live in Arthur, IL with their three incredible kids—Blake, Ava, and Grey—and their beloved mini Bernedoodle, Kylo. Whether she's lingering over a good meal, diving into deep conversation, or dreaming up the next God-sized adventure, Carolyn lives fully and freely—with her heart set on awakening that same freedom in others.

    Ginger Etcheson grew up as a pastor’s daughter, striving to be the perfect PK—but her adventurous spirit and deep shame kept her from truly encountering the Father’s love. At 33, in a moment of desperation, she fell to her knees and experienced radical freedom as God broke the chains of addiction. She’s never looked back.

    Her journey led her to direct Discipleship Training Schools on the Mercy Ship in Africa—where she met her husband, Steve. Now living in Mahomet, IL (with their beloved Goldendoodle, Ollie), the Etchesons enjoy life with their grandkids, kayaking at Lake Sara, and creating space for others to heal and grow.

    Ginger is a writer, speaker, and truth-teller whose heart-to-hearts have become a highlight of The 360 Challenge. Her debut book, The Word Way, released in July 2023.

    Melanie Nolt     is a worship leader, songwriter, author, speaker, and certified life coach with a passion for helping others step into healing, wholeness, and their God-given identity. She’s been married to her husband Kent for 30 years, and together they’ve raised 5 children and are now proud grandparents to 4. Melanie is the founder of EmpoweredCo, a wellness brand focused on mind, body, soul, and spirit transformation. She is the author of Taking Off the Costumes: Exchanging the lies you believe about who you are for God’s truth, and her heart is to see people encounter Jesus in a way that brings lasting freedom and renewed purpose.

  • WORSHIP

    Carolyn, Amy, and Emily were raised in full-time ministry, spending their youth sharing the gospel in prisons and churches nationwide. Known for years as "the sisters," they now go by Sisters + Co., reflecting their heart to partner with voices across generations and denominations for a family-style worship experience.

    Their first collaboration includes Carolyn’s daughter Ava, a passionate worship leader and creative.
